If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your LillaP.com order, we will gladly accept returns of unwashed, unworn or defective merchandise within 14 days of receipt of your order. All sale or discounted merchandise is final sale.
All returns must include a Return Authorization Number (RA#). To obtain a Return Authorization Number, please click here to get started. You will need to include your original order number with your request. Your return authorization will include all the necessary information on where to send your return.
Lilla P is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit. We suggest you ship your return insured and in a traceable manner.
Your original form of payment will be refunded for the purchase price and any applicable sales tax. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Please allow 1-2 billing cycles for your credit to appear on your statement.
Your order will be shipped by United Parcel Services (UPS). During checkout you will have the option to chose Ground, Next Day Air, 2nd Day Air or 3 Day Select. Orders received by 4:00 pm EST usually ship the next business day. We cannot ship to Post Office Boxes. We do not ship outside the 48 contiguous United States.
Orders of $175 or more receive free UPS Ground shipping to addresses in the 48 contiguous United States. This will automatically be reflected in your order at checkout.

All our garments undergo a wash process to minimize shrinkage after regular washing. Ribbed fabric naturally gives with wear but our high quality fabric returns to its original shape after laundering. Always follow all care instructions in the garment label.

Lilla P is meant to fit close to the body and is designed for a body conscious customer.
Ribbed fabric is generally forgiving and has wonderful recovery. Jersey fabrics do not have the natural give of ribbed fabrics and tend to appeal to those seeking a more fitted garment.
