If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your LillaP.com purchase we will accept returns within 30 days of your order date for a full refund subject to the following guidelines:
- All merchandise must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered with all tags still attached.
- All items marked as FINAL as well as gift certificates are FINAL SALE and no returns or exchanges are allowed.
- Unauthorized returns of Final Sale items will be refused with no credit given.
- Merchandise must be purchased from LillaP.com or our company store with proof or purchase. We can not accept returns of merchandise purchased from any third party resellers.
- Shipping and handling charges are nonrefundable after an item has shipped.
- We will gladly offer a one-time price adjustment of full-price merchandise or merchandise purchased without a promotional offer within 7 days of order/purchase date. Price adjustments will be only granted in the form of a Lilla P gift certificate. Any price adjusted merchandise becomes final sale.
- Lilla P is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit. We suggest you ship your return insured and in a traceable manner.
- Your original form of payment will be refunded for the purchase price and any applicable sales tax. Please allow 1-2 billing cycles for your credit to appear on your statement.
- Unfortunately, we are unable to offer online exchanges at this time. Should you wish to order a different style, size or color, please submit a new order online and request a return authorization for the item you would like to return.
HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN
- Log into My Account.
- Select View Order Details for the order you would like to process a return authorization request.
- From the Order Page select Request Return.
- Provide Reason for Return from the drop down menu.
- Provide any additional feedback if you would like in the Add a Comment section.
- Click Submit Request and you will be emailed your Return Authorization and a Return Shipping Label. (Fees may apply)
